Vice President, CRM Strategy
We are seeking a Vice President of CRM Strategy to drive key initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. This role will be responsible for shaping the customer contact strategy, optimizing engagement workflows, and leveraging CRM data to map customer journeys and uncover valuable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using data to refine customer personas, align marketing and sales efforts with behavioral trends, and improve the overall customer experience through strategic, data-driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM data strategically to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Optimize engagement processes and maintain high data quality within CRM systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of relevant marketing and CRM experience.
- Strong expertise in CRM data management and marketing automation.
- Deep understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive strategic initiatives.
