As a Trust Manager, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new trust clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for clients, providing them with the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new trust clients, including documentation, compliance checks, and account setup.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Client Education: Educate clients on trust services, processes, and benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their trust arrangements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in trust management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary services, including regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
