This Analyst will support the team with a variety of consulting engagements, a majority of which are associated with mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry.
Transaction Advisory Services Consultant will be responsible for:
- Financial/data analysis
- Financial modeling
- Proforma development
- Conduct industry/market research
- Perform due diligence, deliverable drafting, applying valuation methodologies, and providing general project support.
Transaction Advisory Services Consultant should have the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of Transaction Advisory, FP&A, or Valuation experience required.
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
