Position Overview:
As a Senior Associate Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python web applications deployed in cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and efficient solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in software engineering with Python.
- Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native services.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with API development, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
