Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the offshore preferred wealth segment within Thailand.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with a focus on offshore preferred solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Thai market.
Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
