Qualifications:

- US Casualty Knowledge: Familiarity with US Casualty business is advantageous.
- Underwriting Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with underwriting teams.
- Effective Communication: Can succinctly articulate actuarial concepts to non-actuarial audiences.
- Matrix Organization Experience: Previous work in matrix organizations is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- North America Casualty Reserving: Support the Head of Non-Life Reserving - Americas by focusing on reserving for the North America Casualty portfolio.
- Deep Dive Reserve Reviews: Contribute to in-depth reserve reviews for the Company's P&C Americas portfolios, particularly related to Casualty business. Work closely with underwriters, pricing actuaries, and claims teams to determine appropriate ACE reserves and contribute to the establishment of Management Best Estimate reserves (MBE).
- Information Flow: Ensure regular communication of reserving information to and from key stakeholders, including Underwriting, Actuarial Pricing, Claims, Reinsurance Accounting, and Finance.
- Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop with Underwriting and Pricing, both within and outside of Deep Dives, to ensure they have the most up-to-date reserving information for forward-looking underwriting and pricing decisions.
- Support to Head of Non-Life Reserving: Assist the Head of Non-Life Reserving - Americas by providing relevant information as needed.
