Job Description:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain the institutional trading system's matching engine.
- Design high-performance, low-latency matching algorithms.
- Ensure system stability in high-concurrency environments.
- Perform performance tuning on core modules.
- Participate in system architecture design.
- Implement efficient message queues, databases, and cache strategies.
- Lead technical research and team collaboration.
- Ensure system security and stability.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Over 5 years of back-end development, with at least 3 years in financial trading systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in high-concurrency, low-latency system design.
- Proficiency in distributed systems, message queues, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), and caching.
- Strong knowledge of high-performance computing, memory management, and concurrent programming.
- Skilled in Java multi-threaded programming, concurrency control, and JVM performance tuning.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets and trading mechanisms.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with blockchain, digital currency trading systems, financial derivatives, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Project management experience (PMP, Scrum) is a plus.
