We are currently working with a growing international bank looking to add a senior HRBP to their team. This role will be a strategic partner to the business, providing thought leadership and comprehensive HR support to drive the organization's people agenda. In this senior-level role, you will leverage your extensive experience in all facets of human resources management to champion initiatives that empower our global workforce and enable the continued growth and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating organizational objectives into effective HR strategies and programs.
- Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing talents, interviewing and onboarding
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Spearhead the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage the employee relations function, providing guidance on complex HR issues and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Champion change management efforts, supporting the organization in navigating transformational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience
- Proven track record as a strategic business partner, collaborating effectively with senior leaders to align HR priorities with organizational goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
