Senior Financial Controller/Modeller (m/w/d)
A growing and innovative real estate company is actively seeking a skilled and experienced senior financial controller to join their team in Munich.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a financial controller or financial modeller
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and P&L cash flow
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
-Speaks at minimum B.1 German
Responsibilities:
As the senior financial controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to finance operations. This includes but not limited to:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop budgets that reflect company goals.
- Analyze trends/changes/variances against previous periods/budgets/plans.
- Provide regular updates on key business drivers (revenues / costs).
Accounting Operations Management
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable activities including invoicing process accuracy/timeliness; collections management
