Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Company Summary: Our client is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. They are a leading financial firm in the Oil & Gas sector located in Houston, TX. You will work alongside the Corporate Development team and assist in identifying and executing new growth opportunities to help the firm achieve their strategic initiatives.
Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze data and identify trends.
- Provide support during deal origination process by conducting research on market conditions and competitors
- Assist with M&A transactions through structuring deals and performing valuations.
Senior Financial Analyst qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in Financial Analysis, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
- Strong financial modeling and M&A experience
- Oil & Gas sector experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field
