Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with fertilizer producers, suppliers, and buyers to expand our network and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow sales volumes and revenue in the fertilizer trading segment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of trades and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks in the fertilizer market.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
