My client is a German Insurer who are looking for a Security Awareness and Communications (M/F/D). If you are interested please read the below:
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the global security awareness and training program.
- Create global security awareness campaigns and tailor training for different groups.
- Plan and execute awareness and training globally, using various channels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders like Corporate Communications, IT, and Human Resources for global campaigns.
- Build and maintain a global community for security awareness.
- Monitor and report on security awareness measures.
- Ensure the awareness program complies with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage communications for the Non-Financial Risk Management department.
Your Qualifications:
- Have a university degree.
- Have experience in designing security awareness programs or in Marketing and Communications.
- Be willing to learn about information security.
- Have excellent communication skills, simplifying complex issues.
- Have strong conceptual and organizational skills.
- Be proactive and hands-on.
- Be highly motivated to go the extra mile.
- Enjoy working in an international environment.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
