We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable salesperson/relationship manager for our client who are a crypto structured products wealth management firm, founded by strong team of institutional bankers and crypto traders with strong funding pipeline.
The firm has a good runway of clients to be onboarded, including mandarin speaking clientele and they are looking to hire a mid-level salesperson/relationship manager to handle these accounts, alongside driving further sales down the line.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships effectively. Knowledge/interest in crytocurrency markets is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Identify and engage new clients while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Product Knowledge and Development: Stay informed about the firm's crypto structured products, including features, benefits, and regulatory changes.
- Product Customization: Tailor products to meet specific client investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor cryptocurrency market trends, news, and price movements to provide clients with timely advice.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyse competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, including AML and KYC requirements.
Qualifications
- Mandarin or Japanese speaking is a must.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within financial services or cryptocurrency markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in/understanding of crypto assets and structured products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial products and cryptocurrencies.
