About the Role: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their spirited team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 months of experience in investment banking, with a specific focus on SaaS sell-side transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of SaaS sell-side transactions, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and present strategic recommendations to clients.
- Perform financial analysis and valuation, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- Support due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 months of experience in investment banking, with a focus on SaaS sell-side transactions.
- Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
