Presently our recruitment team is working with a Global Real Estate Development firm. The firm is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive for their Retail Leasing Portfolios. This is a new role, a part of their expansion in the Singapore team.
This Retail Leasing Senior Executive/Executive will be assisting the Manager to lead and manage the leasing team in order to maximise occupancy for the shopping malls.
Responsibilities for the Retail Leasing Senior Executive/Executive include:
- Carry out strategies to optimise rental and occupancy rates within their retail portfolio.
- Acquire new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals, and collaborate with property agents.
- Prepare a detailed market research on competitors and industry benchmark rental and occupancy costs.
- Engage in business development efforts to secure new tenancy prospects and provide lease management support.
- Assist in preparing the annual rental budget, rental forecast, and monthly management reporting.
- Approximately 2-5 years of leasing and marketing
