Job Title: Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Director
Job Description: My client is seeking an experienced Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Director to lead and manage complex restructuring and bankruptcy engagements. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the field and a proven track record of successfully guiding companies through financial distress and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead restructuring and turnaround engagements, providing strategic direction and hands-on management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive restructuring plans to stabilize and improve financial performance.
- Oversee bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 filings, creditor negotiations, and court interactions.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support restructuring strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, creditors, and legal advisors, to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies, cost reduction opportunities, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, with a strong background in managing bankruptcy engagements.
- Deep understanding of financial restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
