About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Turnaround and Restructuring Senior Associate to join our reputable client in New York. This role is with a leading turnaround and restructuring firm, focusing on large-cap T&R engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build 13-week cash flow forecasts and three-statement financial models from scratch.
- Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
- Lead and manage turnaround plans and restructuring initiatives, collaborating with senior team members and clients.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Travel as required to client sites and other locations to support project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building 13-week cash flows and three-statement models from scratch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
