Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of restructuring and turnaround engagements, supporting senior associates and directors.
- Help develop and implement restructuring plans to stabilize and improve financial performance.
- Participate in bankruptcy proceedings, including preparing documentation and supporting creditor negotiations.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support restructuring strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, creditors, and legal advisors, to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and assist in recommending cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, restructuring, or a related field.
