About : Looking for a Quantitative Trader to join a crypto trading pod in the Bahamas. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects/contribute to research, design, build, and improve existing crypto trading strategies. There is the opportunity for this individual to contribute alpha, by implementing your own strategies across the collaborative book.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Assist in the design and implementation of new automatic trading, hedging and risk holding strategies, and trade signals in cryptocurrency markets.
- Collaborate: Collaborative desk environment, working with individuals across three separate regions
- Build: Build and improve the components of the trading system to monetize, research, optimize PnL , as well as backtesting new strategies utilizes python and machine learning packages.
- Manage Risk: Handle trading risk of all systematic market making books during EST time zones
- Data environment: Develop, maintain and improve the trading platform to help research/trading, simulation framework and evaluation tools.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python programming language and Machine learning packages.
- Analytical Skills:Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience:Prior experience or internships in quantitative trading in Equity, Fx, or Crypto markets
