Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining risk management applications.

- Collaborate with product management, quants, internal teams, and clients to gather and analyze requirements, delivering industry-leading solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 - 15 years of Python development experience in trading and risk management solutions.
- Expertise in risk management methodologies for various asset classes, including market risk (sensitivity, Greeks, VaR) and counterparty credit risk (PFE, XVA).
