The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to join the Investor Relations and Project Management team. This role is essential to ensuring seamless client onboarding, due diligence processes, and ongoing investor communication. The successful candidate will play a vital part in managing marketing efforts, responding to DDQs/RFPs, and overseeing the day-to-day execution of investor-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Due Diligence: Lead the preparation and coordination of materials for investor due diligence meetings.
- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day project management of investor relations initiatives, including timely delivery of DDQs, RFPs, and other documentation.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update investor materials, presentations, and reports.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for investors, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes to ensure efficiency in delivering high-quality outcomes for investors.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, project management, or a related role within asset management or financial services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to grow and learn within the role.
