Job Title: Product Leader
Comp: 200-750k total
Work Model: based in Manhattan
Summary: A PE firm focused on health care innovations and advancing health care through investment, information and philanthropy is seeking a product leader to define product vision and manage stakeholders while overseeing solution ideation, development, launch, and ongoing refinement of the product life cycle. The team leverages specialized expertise in areas such as automation with AI agent frameworks, so you'll be expected to liaise with AI and ML engineers.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience, typically in tech, a quantitative role or a start-up company is a plus.
- Background in life science is a plus.
- Python.
- Familiarity with design applications: Figma and Miro
- Track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
- Ability to strategically align product goals with the business strategy and ROI targets.
- Ability to communicate successfully for stakeholder alignment and team motivation.
- Experience engaging and interpreting requirements for a broad array of different application areas.
- Leverage expertise in areas such as automation with AI agent frameworks
- Data aggregation/management
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, approach and roadmap.
- Manage stakeholder needs and focus the team on high-impact initiatives to ensure efficient prioritization.
- Communicate product goals, progress, and challenges with stakeholders
- Oversee solution ideation, development, launch, and ongoing refinement of the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, designers, and project managers
