Role: Analyst Prime Client Services, Analyst
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and analysis to uncover industry trends, opportunities, and client requirements.
- Oversee and execute deals such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
- Foster and build relationships with potential clients, including corporations, institutions, and government bodies.
- Manage the due diligence process, coordinate time lines, and communicate with various stakeholders involved in transactions.
- Work with internal teams to develop pitch materials, financial models, and presentations for client engagements.
