Our client, a tier-one investment bank, is seeking an experienced Prime Brokerage Sales professional. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strategic client relationships. Their ability to engage with C-level executives, manage existing accounts, and strategically upsell additional products within the platform will be instrumental in achieving the business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target institutional clients, hedge funds, and asset managers.
- Leverage your extensive network to engage with C-level decision-makers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Strategic Upselling:
- Collaborate with internal teams (front office, product development, trading desks) to understand suite of products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and present tailored solutions to existing clients.
- Drive revenue growth by strategically upselling additional services.
- Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform's offerings and align them with client needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies to enhance market share.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Work closely with operations, compliance, and risk management teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in prime brokerage sales or related roles.
- C-Level Engagement: Proven track record of successfully interacting with C-level executives.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of prime brokerage services, securities lending, and related financial products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
