Job Description:
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
support the power trading team in developing, executing and managing trading strategies
maintain and develop price forecasting models to identify trading opportunities
proactively develop trading tools to improve trading decisions and execution
build, maintain and lead our analytical platform for power trading
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess following qualifications or skills:
hold a BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
have extensive programming experience (Python, R, SQL or similar) with strong mathematical, finance, or statistical expertise
experience working in power markets
