Our client, a specialist FIG Boutique Investment Bank based in London, is looking for an experienced Managing Director/Partner (Originator) to join their FIG M&A team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating FIG M&A transactions in Dutch market.
Role: MD/Partner (Originator) - FIG M&A - Dutch Coverage (Benelux)
Location: London/Netherlands (available remotely)
Responsibilities:
- Originate M&A transactions in the FIG sector in Dutch region.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end transaction process, from origination to execution
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and mentor junior team members
Skills:
- Strong FIG M&A experience, with a proven track record of originating and executing transactions
- Excellent relationship management and business development skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
- 13+ years of experience in FIG M&A
- Large network of clients in Dutch Market
-Proficiency in Dutch
- Strong academic background
- Relevant professional qualifications
