A growing Regional Bank in Michigan is looking to enhance its Enterprise & Operational Risk team as they go through a period of transformation.
There a number of roles open and they will primarily be focused on Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Governance, RCSAs, Change Management, Risk Reporting, & Risk Committees.
The team is looking to start conversations with relevant candidates who have 2-7 years of Risk experience, excellent communication skills, & a strong executive presence.
The firm operates on a hybrid schedule and will be in office 1-2 days a week.
