Position Overview: The are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to join their TMT sector coverage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology services or software, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading high-performing teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the TMT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the TMT division, overseeing all aspects of client engagements and transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the TMT sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the firm remains competitive.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the TMT sector, with a focus on technology services or software.
- Proven track record of success in investment banking or a related field.
- Fee Generation Experience: 2million +
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Fluency in English and German
