They are seeking a seasoned Managing Director for their Debt Capital Markets team, specializing in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in raising debt including experience with tech companies, offering strategic insights and innovative financing solutions. This leadership role involves managing client relationships, structuring transactions, and driving business growth within the DCM space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financing needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Market Expertise: Analyze and interpret trends to advise clients on optimal timing and structure for debt issuance.
