Presently our recruitment team is working with an International Real Estate Investment Firm who is seeking an Investment and Asset Manager to join their growing team here in Singapore. This is a new role, a part of their expansion in the Singapore team.
Responsibilities of the Investment and Asset Manager Role include:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Take the lead or support in identifying and evaluating investment prospects.
- Manage the entire investment process, from initiation to completion, including deal evaluation, structuring, financial analysis (including modeling), and the preparation of reports for the board and investment committee.
- Identify data-related gaps and analyze trends in portfolio data..
- Experience or Understanding of the Real Estate Industry.
- Experience with Data Analytics (Optional)
