Job Title: Long/Short Equity Analyst
Base Salary: $175K-$200K + Discretionary Bonus

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Long/Short Equity Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a generalist role with global exposure across multiple sectors, including healthcare, financials, consumer, and technology. The successful candidate will work closely with our investment team to identify, analyze, and recommend investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis on companies across various sectors globally.
Develop and maintain financial models to support investment recommendations.
Monitor and assess industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Provide detailed reports and presentations on investment findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with portfolio managers and other analysts to develop and implement investment strategies.
Participate in the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities.
Continuously monitor and reassess existing portfolio holdings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA/CFA) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity research or investment analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
