Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing a team to analyze financial data, taking into account project goals and long-term viability
- Structure research on real estate business models, using financial data to inform management decisions
- Summarise data on past, present, and future business performance, using comparative analysis, and develop forecasts for long-term business success
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and reports for the Project Investment Evaluation approval process
- Manage internal and external material for acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, joint development agreements, and more
- Front office activities, including but not limited to industry presentations, investor meeting and pitch, stakeholder relations and management
