Position Overview:
Manage an FX Product and Advisory platform within a Private Banking setting. The role involves overseeing the FX product strategy and performance, providing key advisory support, and managing the platform's end-to-end processes, while maintaining a focus on control, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Secondary support will also be provided to other structured products within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Advisory:
- Collaborate with Research, Industry Intelligence, and external insights to deliver actionable market ideas.
- Lead the development of FX investment themes and products, adding depth to existing offerings.
- Serve as a key resource for Client Advisors by providing solutions for client FX-related queries.
- Conduct educational sessions for internal teams and advisors on FX strategies.
- Establish authority in FX within the organization by supporting key client and internal conversations.
Sales:
- Provide Investment Consultants and Relationship Managers with FX trading ideas, market updates, and tailored sales tools.
- Contribute FX insights to internal and external publications.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives.
- Ensure actionable FX calls are aligned with client portfolios to help frontline teams effectively manage relationships.
Product Platform:
- Lead the setup of full-scale FX offerings, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including major counterparties and key market players.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with internal development and management policies.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring FX products are integrated properly within the bank's books and systems.
- Support post-transaction reporting and development of Management Information Systems (MIS) to guarantee regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive policy enhancements and maintain system robustness.
