Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled FPGA Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to contribute to the design and development of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) solutions for our projects. In this role, you will work closely with our team of hardware and software professionals to translate high-level design requirements into efficient and high-performance FPGA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- FPGA Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop FPGA designs for various applications, including signal processing, data communication, and control systems.
- Algorithm Implementation: Assist in the translation of high-level algorithms and specifications into FPGA designs, ensuring they meet performance and efficiency goals.
- Verification and Testing: Support the development of testbenches and assist in testing FPGA designs, troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
- Performance Optimization: Learn and apply FPGA optimization techniques to meet project requirements and constraints.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of design, verification, and testing processes.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, learn from experienced engineers, and contribute to project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in FPGA design and development.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages, such as VHDL or Verilog.
- Familiarity with FPGA development tools and software (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) or image processing is a plus.
