I'm currently representing an international bank in Hong Kong looking to hire a Head of Cash Product Management to their business. This role will have a management responsibility and reporting directly to the department head.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for cash product management.
- Lead and manage the cash product team, collaborating with internal stakeholders in East Asia and headquarters to enhance transaction banking cash products (payments, collections, liquidity management, channels, and bank alliances).
- Oversee client support administration for cash management product implementation (including MGeB).
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant departments to gain support for team initiatives.
- Lead and coach team members to develop skills in cash management product development.
- Plan, develop, and manage the cash product lineup in East Asia, working with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Solid education background attained from reputable institutions with relevant majors
- Strong experience and track record of cash product management
- Experience in managing a team is preferred, but not a necessity
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
