Role:
As an ECM Client Coverage (Origination) professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our client's ECM team. You will collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for originating equity capital market transactions. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the organisation and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients in the equity capital markets space.
- Develop and execute strategic client coverage plans to drive business growth.
- Lead deal origination and execution, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and equity-linked transactions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Industry or related fields.
- Tech background is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Proven track record in ECM or related fields with a focus on client coverage.
- Strong network of client relationships in the capital markets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
