We're looking for a Director of Health Economics to demonstrate the value of our programs to payers, provider groups, and policymakers. You'll lead health economics strategy, publish research, refine client measurement approaches, and collaborate with key accounts. Additionally, you'll act as an internal thought leader, helping shape strategies to enhance client value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health economics insights to stakeholders.
- Author internal and external publications.
- Quantify financial savings and clinical outcomes to demonstrate ROI.
- Refine the client value proposition, focusing on expense reduction and outcomes.
- Develop a claims-based dashboard to track outcomes.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of healthcare analytics experience.
- Advanced degree in health economics, public health, or pharmacoeconomics preferred.
- Experience leading discussions with payers and presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong project management skills for cross-functional teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in SQL, R, or other programming languages to analyze claims data.
- Experience building statistical or machine learning models.
- Skilled in PowerPoint for clear communication.
