Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global Treasury team and lead local cash-focused initiatives, such as standardizing payment terms and improving days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Take responsibility for analyzing pricing and provide insights on variations.
- Assist the Commercial team in strengthening partnerships with dealers. Offer strategic guidance on dealer management, including contracts and incentives.
- Review commercial contracts and ensure compliance with business standards, following the appropriate delegation of authority and CCAP
- Assume ownership of cost control and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the region's Controllership team to establish effective internal controls and meet SOX requirements in various business aspects, including taxation, customs duties, and transfer pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and FP&A, in an international environment is ideal
- FMP, PFLP, CAS, CPA, MBA, EMBA preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguities.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
- Demonstrated team leadership ability.
- Established analytical and project management skills
