Associate, Change Management
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: 90-120k base
I am currently working with an Asset Manager in New York to build out their Change Management team by bringing on an Associate. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience covering a change management function or transformation projects and have a strong understanding of technology. Additionally, given that this is a client facing role, the team is looking for someone who has strong communication skills.
In this role, you would be responsible for owning a variety of change management requests and working with senior stakeholders to approach and implement change projects. Additionally, you would be tasked with analyzing and managing data to support these projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to address transformation/change projects, lead change management requests
- Analyze and manage data to support the approach and implementation of change projects
- Create training and learning/development materials tailored to employee needs
- Identify and resolve end user requests and issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Change Management or Transformation function
- Project Management and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong understanding of technology and data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
