Role Overview
As Business Development Director, you will lead the establishment and expansion of the firm's presence across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will leverage your extensive network within the GCC region to forge high-level institutional relationships, drive strategic growth, and position the brand as a leader in impact investment. This is a high-visibility role for an accomplished professional with deep industry connections and a passion for fostering financial inclusion in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to solidify the company's footprint in the GCC region.
- Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders at the senior level.
- Represent the company at prominent industry events, conferences, and executive meetings, articulating its unique value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with global leadership teams to align the Middle East strategy with the firm's overarching objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in senior business development or investor relations roles.
- A well-established network of institutional connections in the GCC region is essential.
- Deep understanding of financial products, including microfinance, leasing, or similar sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
