A client of mine is seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to support their Commercial Lines business. This role focuses on ratemaking, loss reserving, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor commercial lines business performance using key metrics.
- Develop rate indications by line of business.
- Conduct loss reserving using multiple techniques and recommend reserve levels
- Analyze company and industry loss trends to support ratemaking.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Completion of at least three actuarial exams (5+ preferred).
- Familiarity with GLMs and predictive modeling is preferred.
This position will be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
