Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct actuarial analyses to support pricing, reserving, and forecasting functions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives pertaining to Medicare products.
- Analyze healthcare data to derive insights and provide recommendations for decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and enhance performance in the Medicare sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and actuarial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3 exams passed towards ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) designation.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare products.
