Key Responsibilities:
- Support the pricing and product development of life and annuity products
- Perform actuarial modeling, experience studies, and risk assessments
- Analyze pricing assumptions and provide insights to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and finance
- Assist in automation and enhancement of pricing models
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior actuarial leadership
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of actuarial experience, preferably in life insurance or annuities
- Progress towards ASA designation (at least 2-4 exams passed)
- Strong technical skills, including Excel, VBA, and actuarial modeling software (AXIS preferred)
- Understanding of pricing methodologies and actuarial principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
